We reclaim forgotten garments and carefully transform them into something new — shortened, reshaped, lightened, and ready to be worn again. Nothing is produced from scratch, and nothing is replicated. Each piece exists only once.

Every garment is guided by the fabric from which it originates and the action that transforms it. We don't impose a shape; instead, we let the material suggest the direction, respecting its texture, weight, and history.

We don't follow seasons or trends; we work with what we find. The process begins with selection and continues through targeted interventions, maintaining the original character of each piece.

What remains is not discarded. Fabrics leftover from alterations are reprocessed into new objects, details, or small accessories, extending the life of each material. The intention is not to produce more, but to transform what already exists into something that can continue.

We choose garments for their fabric, structure, and potential—not for their label or trend. We look for materials that can be transformed without losing their character.

Each item is professionally cleaned before any intervention. From there, the process is intuitive but conscious: sleeves can be shortened, proportions rebalanced, lines lightened. The goal is not to erase the past, but to reinterpret it.

Modifications are made by hand and in small batches. No two pieces follow the same path, because every fabric reacts differently.

Scraps and leftover materials are saved and reprocessed whenever possible. What cannot continue as a garment can become an accessory, a detail, or part of a future creation.
